Amie, who joined the team in 2016, oversees the daily operations including meals, services and cares. Her focus is to foster an environment in which employees can learn and grow and in which residents feel safe, comfortable and at home. 

As is true of each team member, Amie strives to fulfill our community mission – “Passionately Enriching the Lives of Seniors.” 

Amber, who joined the team in 2011, provides resident, marketing and staff support. She knows the answers to almost all questions and can get you to the proper person to talk with if it’s not her.

Amber distributes invoices and collects monthly rent payments. Amber also sells laundry tokens for IL residents. Should she be unavailable, rent payments can be placed in the “OFFICE” mailbox to the right of the “OUTGOING” mailbox in the main lobby.

Kristina, who joined the team in 2024, uses her many years of experience in different scopes of practice as an RN to support the Wellness Team in the care of residents receiving assisted living services.

Kristina’s positive attitude and inviting smile ensures that every resident feels comfortable coming to her with their needs. She acts as an invaluable resource for the Wellness Team with whom she oversees and works closely with.

Sheila, who joined the team in 2000, assists potential residents and their families during the inquiry and move in process. She also coordinates marketing and public relations efforts.

Billy, who joined the team in 2022, oversees maintenance services. Billy coordinates maintenance of apartments as well as the rest of the community and grounds. He coordinates fire safety and the evacuation plans.

The process for reporting a maintenance request is to tell a staff member. The staff member will mark the request on the maintenance log which is checked several times per day.

Kerry, who joined the team in 2022, oversees the dining services department. She appreciates resident feedback at monthly resident council and food committee meetings.

Kerry works every other weekend thus has days off during the week. Her hours vary, most days she is in early in the morning and done for the day by early afternoon.
